No. Our workbench operates under a strict "No Data, No Fee" policy. If the integrity of the file structure cannot be reestablished via software engineering, you do not pay for the technical extraction process. Your only cost will be the shipping and return logistics of the device.
No. Our strict specialty is Advanced Logical Engineering (partition corruption, accidental formatting, Ransomware, logical firmware lock). We do not perform PCB soldering, magnetic head transplants, or Clean Room drive opening. If your drive has suffered severe physical damage, we recommend mechanical intervention laboratories.
Standard LBA diagnosis is completed in 24 to 48 business hours after device admission to the workbench. For critical corporate incidents, the Emergency Protocol ensures immediate analysis and absolute priority in the processing pipeline.
The hardware must be isolated in anti-static bubble wrap (minimum 3 layers) and packed in a rigid cardboard box, without gaps. I recommend shipping via courier with declared insurance. Although we do not physically open the drive, transport integrity is vital for us to successfully extract the bit-by-bit clone.
The success rate in logical cases depends on "overwriting". The less the device is used after the incident, the higher the probability of rescue.
