No. Our strict specialty is Advanced Logical Engineering (partition corruption, accidental formatting, Ransomware, logical firmware lock). We do not perform PCB soldering, magnetic head transplants, or Clean Room drive opening. If your drive has suffered severe physical damage, we recommend mechanical intervention laboratories.
Standard LBA diagnosis is completed in 24 to 48 business hours after device admission to the workbench. For critical corporate incidents, the Emergency Protocol ensures immediate analysis and absolute priority in the processing pipeline.
The hardware must be isolated in anti-static bubble wrap (minimum 3 layers) and packed in a rigid cardboard box, without gaps. I recommend shipping via courier with declared insurance. It depends on the physical health of the part. If the damage is purely logical (virus, partition failure, or accidental formatting), we apply our Secure Recycling Protocol (Wipe) and the drive is returned as good as new. However, if the drive shows extreme sluggishness indicating imminent mechanical failure, we will recommend safe disposal so you do not lose your data again in the future.
