Downloading the first free "Recovery" program you find on Google is the most common mistake.

They stress the defective disk, reading and re-reading the same sector until it burns out completely. Our extraction is passive and blind.

Total transparency before you send us your media.

Values vary according to the complexity of the damage (e.g., accidental deletion vs. deep formatting) and the total capacity of the drive. After our initial no-obligation triage, we will send an exact and formalized quote exclusively through our domain @taskrevolution.com. There are no hidden fees or surprises.

We operate with forensic transparency. If the triage finds that the data has been 100% overwritten (crushed by new files) and recovery is mathematically impossible, the rescue will be declined. You do not pay the extraction service fee if there is no viable data to save.

Yes. We receive media from all over Brazil via Sedex (express mail). We guide you on how to pack the device with antistatic security and bubble wrap. The entire custody process, from receiving the package to sending the reports, will be documented and sent to your email for full tracking.

It depends on the physical health of the part. If the damage is purely logical (virus, partition failure, or accidental formatting), we apply our Secure Recycling Protocol (Wipe) and the drive is returned as good as new. However, if the drive shows extreme sluggishness indicating imminent mechanical failure, we will recommend safe disposal so you do not lose your data again in the future.
